Job summary

PATH INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Support professional to improve IT operations processes, documentations, and service delivery across the IT operations landscape.

You will triage incidents and service requests, provide L1 issue resolution, manage the service desk mailbox, and prepare monthly reports. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential for successful improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Improve IT Operation business process and documentations.
• Triage of issues, including logging, tracking and categorizing of reported incidents and service requests.
• Support users and provide resolution for L1 issues, including common problem / issue in FAQ, inquiries and essential troubleshooting tasks.

• Communication of operation matters to stakeholders (e.g. System downtime, New implementations)
• Years of Experience: At least 4 - 5 years' experience in business analysis, system support, development, implementing system and maintaining IT systems
