Job summary
CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED Singapore Branch is seeking a Project Coordinator (Architecture) with at least five years of relevant supervision experience for high-rise buildings. You will attend meetings with consultants, review drawings, and coordinate with sub-contractors to keep projects on track.
The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with CCSM interfaces, and attention to specifications and drawings for on-site execution.
Qualifications
- Requires Diploma in Architecture and 5 years experience in architectural supervision for high-rise projects.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and sub-contractors on site interfaces.
- Strong communication and interface management skills.
Responsibilities
- Attend technical meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
- Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve site issues.
- Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
- Inform Project Director/Project Manager of technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.
- Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
- Coordinate sub-contractor's architectural work and ensure the work is on schedule.
