Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Show aptitude for multi-tasking in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Work cooperatively and efficiently in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the preparation station and kitchen to enable smooth meal preparation
• Chop vegetables, cut meat, and make sauces according to menu specifications to prepare dish components
• You will prepare and stock kitchen stations, chop ingredients, and make sauces to support meal preparation.
• You will maintain hygiene and safety standards, manage inventory, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain food preparation and storage areas to comply with health and safety standards
• Clean preparation areas thoroughly and manage leftover food responsibly to maintain hygiene and reduce waste
• Stock inventory and supplies accurately to support uninterrupted kitchen operations
• Communicate clearly and coordinate tasks effectively with team members to enhance kitchen efficiency
