Job summary

FUCHI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Machinery Manager responsible for the overall management, maintenance, deployment, and performance of heavy machinery and construction equipment to support project operations.

You will drive preventive maintenance, supervise workshop teams, optimize uptime and costs, manage spare parts, ensure MOM/WSH compliance, and coordinate procurement, rental, and disposal of assets, while building a safer, more reliable fleet.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in heavy equipment/construction machinery management with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience preferred in ERSS, foundation, or civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, maintenance planning, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment and utilization of heavy machinery across project sites.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Supervise workshop operations and equipment coordinators.
• Monitor performance, downtime, and maintenance costs to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate spare parts inventory and equipment records.
• Ensure MOM, WSH compliance with safety policies.
• Oversee procurement, rental, replacement, and disposal of machinery.
• Prepare and manage machinery budgets.
• Support project teams with timely equipment availability.
• Drive continuous fleet management improvements.
