Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, life sciences, social sciences, or related technical/research discipline).
• Evidence of continuous professional development in research, innovation management, or programme leadership.
• Extensive research experience (8+ years post-graduate) in academia, government, or industry, with ability to lead large-scale programmes.
• Proven track record in programme/project management: scoping, launching, and delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive development, translation, and delivery of research and innovation programmes aligning with the Centre's strategic mission.
• Lead scoping, planning, and implementation of flagship and strategic research projects within budget and scope.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets and resources, resolve operation challenges, and report milestones and lessons learned.
