Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• At least two years of relevant experience in research administration or programme management.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders from academia, industry and government.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support PIs and co-investigators in administration and management of research programmes.
• Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of research projects.
• Coordinate across research teams for timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Track progress and support reports, presentations, and programme updates.
• Facilitate communication with internal researchers, external collaborators, industry partners, and government agencies.
• Assist in development and submission of research proposals and documentation.
• Support budgeting, resource planning and utilisation tracking.
• Organise stakeholder sessions, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, funding, and governance requirements.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives like programme development and funding opportunities.
