Responsibilities

• Identify operational challenges that could be addressed through technology or process improvements.
• Research, evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, including AI solutions, for public health operations.
• Translate operational needs into problem statements and trial plans.
• Plan and deliver trials, including funding, procurement and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct proof-of-concept studies and gather user feedback.
• Document lessons learnt and analyse trial data.
• Support technology-related enquiries and troubleshooting.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
