Swisslog Healthcare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Solutions Manager to partner with healthcare providers in developing customer-focused automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
You will engage with hospitals, lead discovery workshops, and develop value-driven recommendations, collaborating across Sales, Solution Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Service teams to deliver outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare solutions, healthcare technology, medical devices, healthcare IT, automation, business development, consulting, or related industries.
- Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with complex healthcare or B2B environments.
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare landscape is an advantage.
