Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Healthcare Quality & Regulatory Automation Analyst to lead advanced analytics, QA tooling, and cross-functional quality systems integration. You will build executive dashboards, design AI-enabled tools, and coordinate third-party software deployments to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Biostatistics, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Strong quantitative skills; proficiency in data science libraries.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI/Tableau/Looker.
• Hands-on integration of third-party quality/GxP systems (MasterControl, Synthesis, ServiceNow).
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases, ETL tools, and APIs.
• Experience applying AI/ML for QA processes and LLM prompts.
• Strong data validation and governance.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling for executives.
• Experience in regulated healthcare/life sciences preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage vendor/IT relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced quantitative data analysis including models for trend detection and forecasting.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI for executive/regulatory insights.
• Develop AI-enabled quality tools and automations.
• Lead integration and lifecycle management of third-party quality software.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects with stakeholder alignment and SOP documentation.
• Support audit readiness with analytics evidence for regulatory submissions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in quality workflows.
