Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and statistical skills with data science tooling.
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools and data storytelling.
• Experience integrating third-party quality/GxP systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases, ETL tools, and APIs.
• Practical AI/ML and prompt engineering for LLMs to automate quality processes.
• Excellent data validation, modeling, and governance understanding.
• Experience in regulated healthcare or life sciences environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced quantitative data analysis: build models for forecasting, anomaly detection and risk stratification.
• Design, build, and maintain stakeholder dashboards and executive/regulatory reports with Power BI/Tableau/Looker.
• Develop tools and automations using AI/ML/LLMs for document classification and quality checks.
• Lead integration and lifecycle management of third-party quality software and data integration.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects: planning, stakeholder alignment, implementation and reviews.
• Develop and maintain data validation, metadata, and monitoring for model performance.
