Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR administrator to support healthcare staffing operations in a fast-paced environment. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, promotions and exits for specialist, non-specialist and visiting medical staff.

You will administer HR system approvals, assist roster planning, and coordinate clinical training requests, sponsorships and honorariums. You'll also manage credentialing and reporting for department leadership and support clinical

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical services, medical administration, HR operations, or a similarly fast-paced service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong capabilities in data tracking, reporting, and presentation preparation.
• Effective stakeholder management, strong communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate confidently with medical staff, senior management, HR, finance, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, on-boarding, promotion and exit of specialist, non-specialist and visiting medical staff.
• Administer HR system approvals and provide planning support to the roster team.
• Plan and execute administrative processes and approvals for clinical training requests, sponsorships and honorariums.
• Administer training and education hours, credentialing and privileging required for the maintenance of medical practice for a pool of Specialists.
• Manage and execute administrative processes for the onboarding and exit of foreign clinical fellows.
• Prepare medical manpower, training, sponsorship, productivity reports and any other reports for Head of Department, Clinical Director and Head, Ops and Planning Section.
• Organise, manage, and coordinate department clinical workshops and events.
• Oversee and provide administrative support for clinical operations involving medical staff such as tracking of reports and audits.
• Any other matters such as office management, staff directory, asset lists and ad hoc duties assigned by Reporting Officer.
