Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) – NHG Health's Centre for Medical Technologies & Innovations (CMTi) seeks a Manager to drive technology transfer, innovation, and enterprise initiatives across NHG Health.

You will identify, evaluate and translate healthcare innovations into clinical, operational and commercial impact while collaborating with clinicians, researchers, industry partners, government agencies and investors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate healthcare innovations and intellectual property for clinical impact.
• Develop commercialization strategies for medical technologies and healthcare innovations.
• Manage technology transfer activities including licensing, spin-offs, partnerships and market access.
• Collaborate with clinicians and inventors on IP protection and commercialisation opportunities.
• Support negotiation of licensing, collaboration, research and commercial agreements.
