Job summary

NHG Health is seeking an Innovation Enablement Manager for the Digital Hospital team within the Digital Innovation Office. You will drive digital transformation initiatives, coordinate across NHG Health institutions, and lead engagement with stakeholders to enable adoption and scale of innovative healthcare solutions.

The role focuses on coordinating governance, funding, and knowledge-sharing to accelerate care delivery transformation across hospitals and community care by 2030.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of programme management, change management or digital transformation experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Digital Hospital implementation and stakeholder engagement support across NHG Health.
• Coordinate deployment support teams for Smart Clinic, Smart Ward and Smart Radiology.
• Facilitate end-to-end innovation projects and scaling activities.
• Support change management, user adoption initiatives and governance processes.
• Collaborate with governing bodies to streamline requirements and enable frameworks.
• Organise engagement activities and innovation showcases with stakeholders.
• Manage NHG Digital Hospital Fund governance and related SOPs.
