Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and services for assigned departments and professional groups.
• Provide professional advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment legislation and manpower planning matters.
• Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify manpower requirements and develop proactive recruitment and resourcing strategies to meet organisational workforce needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement and deliver manpower plans, ensuring timely fulfilment of recruitment requirements.
• Supervise, guide and coach junior HR executives to ensure effective and professional delivery of HR programmes, initiatives and services.
• Review and recommend improvements to HR policies, processes and practices to ensure continued relevance, operational effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on developments in employment legislation, HR best practices and healthcare workforce trends.
• Participate in HR improvement initiatives and undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned.]
