Job summary

Woodlands Hospital in Singapore is seeking an ERM Administration professional to assist the Assistant Director (ERM) and support Enterprise Risk Management processes, including reporting timelines and documentation, during maternity cover.

You will maintain risk registers and the PRISM database, coordinate meetings with departments to discuss risks and KRIs, draft reports and slides, and help enhance ERM training materials while handling queries from departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist AD (ERM) and follow the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes.
• Maintain risk registers and ERM PRISM database.
• Arrange meetings with departments to discuss risks, controls and KRIs.
• Draft reports and PowerPoint slides for review by internal parties.
• Support the enhancement of ERM training materials and resources.
• Provide assistance and respond to emails and queries from departments on ERM matters.
• Attend CSA development sessions and coordinate CSA activities with internal depts.
• Liaise with departments and the insurance broker on renewal forms and claims.
