Singapore General Hospital is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead the planning and implementation of Phase 2B of the SGH Campus Master Plan. The role focuses on continued liaison between users, consultants, contractors, and government ministries to ensure progress, budget, and quality align with the programme and user requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required.
• 8 years of senior management healthcare experience or 6 years for manager level.
• Experience in planning/project management of major facility development is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Organise and facilitate user workgroup discussions to determine user requirements and workflows for development plans.
• Provide secretariat support to planning committees and liaise with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and end-user stakeholders.
• Review procurement processes, specifications, and requirements; facilitate procurement of consultants and contractors and ensure timeline and budget adherence.
• Develop furniture and equipment lists and specifications; manage F&E budget within approved scope and cost; organise building inspections for handover.
