Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Business Development / Program Engineer to provide support in Development activities and ensure project success. Responsibilities include track project progress, serve as a customer contact, and initiate procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. This is a permanent position with office hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in Business Development activities.

• Work with Manufacturing on workflows and production concepts.
• Identify engineering requirements for new projects.
• Plan and execute tooling qualification activities.

Business Development / Program Engineer (Healthcare)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in Business Development activities
• Ensure proper qualification of new projects and successful implementation of programs in the production/manufacturing unit
• Track and monitor project progress to ensure project schedules and cost objectives are met
• Serve as primary technical contact with customers on strategic or politically sensitive issues
• Provide support to BD manager in generating quotation for molding projects involving new toolings
• Work with Manufacturing on developing and establishing workflows and production concepts (to optimize production efficiency & meet customers’ requirements)
• Identify and specify engineering requirements for new projects
• Initiate equipment procurement activities for new projects when needed (with Purchasing)
• Plan and execute tooling qualification activities with supporting groups to achieve successful project execution
• Other duties as assigned

• Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.45pm)
