Job summary

Ministry of Health (Singapore) is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Analytics Specialist to analyze healthcare service utilization, optimize operations, and promote a data-driven decision culture across MOH.

You will collaborate with policy, cluster, and research partners to develop monitoring frameworks, projection models for manpower, and actionable insights to improve health system performance.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in operations research, economics, mathematics, data science or business analytics.
• Proficiency in a scientific computing language such as R, Python or Stata.
• Experience applying data science or econometrics techniques to healthcare analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with policy, cluster and research partners.
• Experience developing and delivering analytics training programs.
• Passion for promoting a data-driven culture and analytics capabilities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare service utilization and optimize operations using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with policy, cluster, and research partners to enhance analysis with domain expertise.
• Develop projection models for healthcare manpower based on demographics and trends.
• Establish and maintain monitoring and reporting frameworks for key stakeholders.
