Job summary

CHAN RONG FEN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to lead all HSE regimes on our project sites. You will plan, implement, and monitor safety programs, conduct audits, and coordinate training to ensure compliance with MOM and workplace safety standards.

You will report on safety performance, investigate incidents, and advise operations on corrective actions, helping to foster a proactive safety culture across the project team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid MOM registration as a Workplace and Health Officer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in health, safety and environment roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead all HSE regime on the project, including inspections and compliance audits.
• Provide health and safety advice to operation departments on WSH issues.
