Job summary

KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital Pte. Ltd. seeks a project professional to plan, develop, and enhance hospital infrastructure and facilities.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will work with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with operational requirements. Qualifications

Degree in Architectural Studies, Interior Design, or a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or
Diploma in Architectural Studies, Interior Design, or a related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Competency in AutoCAD.
Experience in healthcare facilities design and project management will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end delivery of development projects, including feasibility studies, design planning, tender management, project implementation, site coordination, and handover.
Oversee project documentation, site supervision, and defect management during the post-completion period.
