Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned analytics professional to drive provider network analytics, medical business insights and advanced data modelling across the healthcare value chain.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, support KPI tracking and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise network performance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, insurance analytics or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and data transformation.
• Experience with statistical modelling tools (e.g. SAS, SPSS) and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse provider network performance, healthcare utilisation and medical claims trends.
• Develop reports, dashboards and insights to support network management and contracting decisions.
• Monitor and forecast medical business activities and provider performance.

• Partner with Health, PACS and cross-functional teams to deliver analytics-driven solutions.

Provider Network Analytics

• Analyse provider network performance, healthcare utilisation and medical claims trends.
• Develop reports, dashboards and insights to support network management and contracting decisions.
• Monitor and forecast medical business activities and provider performance.

Business Insights & Reporting

• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

Working Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, insurance analytics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and data transformation.
• Experience with statistical modelling tools (e.g. SAS, SPSS) and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks is advantageous.
• Knowledge of insurance, health underwriting, claims and medical business is preferred.

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline.
