Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking an experienced analytics professional to drive provider network analytics, medical business insights and advanced data modelling.

You will leverage data to evaluate provider performance, identify trends, support network strategy and enable data-driven decision-making across the healthcare value chain. Collaborate with Health, PACS and cross-functional teams to deliver analytics-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, insurance analytics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and data transformation.
• Experience with statistical modelling tools (e.g. SAS, SPSS) and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of insurance, health underwriting, claims and medical business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse provider network performance, healthcare utilisation and medical claims trends.

Job Description

Provider Network Analytics

• Analyse provider network performance, healthcare utilisation and medical claims trends.
• Develop reports, dashboards and insights to support network management and contracting decisions.

Business Insights & Reporting

• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support business planning, performance reviews and KPI tracking.

Advanced Analytics & Modelling

• Develop and enhance statistical models for applications such as morbidity, persistency, fraud detection and policyholder behaviour.
• Leverage analytics tools and platforms to automate and scale reporting and analysis.
• Support data-driven initiatives that improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Health, PACS and cross‑functional teams to deliver analytics-driven solutions.
• Contribute to medical research and strategic initiatives as required.

Working Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, insurance analytics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and data transformation.
• Experience with statistical modelling tools (e.g. SAS, SPSS) and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks is advantageous.
• Knowledge of insurance, health underwriting, claims and medical business is preferred.

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline.
