Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a Head of Treasury to own how money moves, sits and is protected across our entities and currencies. You will build and lead the treasury function as we expand into new markets, report to the Finance Director, and partner with banks, regulators and crypto venues.

The role requires 8+ years in treasury with leadership experience, strong cross-border payments knowledge, and expertise in crypto treasury operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related field.
• 8+ years treasury experience, 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with cross-border payments in a multinational setup.
• Experience with crypto or stablecoin treasury operations preferred.
• Strong relationships with banks and funding partners; excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own global liquidity across entities, currencies, banking partners and payment channels; prefund and settle funding.
• Monitor cash positions, intercompany transfers and funding needs; produce cash forecasts.
• Ensure customer funds are safeguarded and segregated per regulatory requirements; manage counterparty limits.
