Job summary

M-DAQ Global, a pioneering fintech group, seeks a Senior Treasury Manager to oversee liquidity management, FX exposure, and crypto-based payment flows. You will lead strategic risk oversight and hands-on operations across treasury activities in Singapore.

You will manage hedging strategies, treasury controls, and reporting for senior management while coordinating with accounting and cross-functional teams. A strong analytical mindset and leadership capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Proven treasury experience with hands-on FX and derivatives risk management.
• Experience managing crypto-based payment flows and related compliance.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and liquidity management skills.
• Deep knowledge of FX products and hedging strategies.
• Familiar with treasury systems, TMS, and bank APIs; crypto integration preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and exposure reporting.
• Strong communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead a small team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional certification (ACT, CFA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee liquidity management and day-to-day treasury operations.
• Monitor FX exposures and implement hedging strategies.
• Execute FX transactions in line with policy and approve counterparties.
• Develop crypto payment workflows and reconcile crypto flows.
• Implement treasury controls, risk metrics, and reporting for management.
• Drive treasury system automation and process improvements.
• Mentor treasury analysts and coordinate with accounting.
• Report KPIs on liquidity, FX P&L, hedging effectiveness.
