Job summary

The Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth Asia-Pacific (CSP APAC) is seeking a Director, Training & Programs to lead CSP APAC’s training portfolio and growth strategy. You will design, deliver, and quality‑assure training programs for wealth managers, family offices, and other private wealth professionals, while shaping accreditation and program standards.

• 7+ years in leadership and management, program development and facilitation.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable finance, ESG and impact investing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design, development and delivery of CSP APAC training programs.
• Ensure accreditation and quality assurance under relevant frameworks; define KPIs to measure impact.
• Recruit, mentor and manage trainers; uphold CSP APAC pedagogy and standards.
• Collaborate with Research and Partnerships teams to translate insights into training content.
