Job summary

Responsible Us is seeking a Head of Sustainability for Asia Pacific to design and drive the bank's sustainability agenda across the APAC region. You will set strategic direction, manage program delivery, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align sustainability with business goals.

You will lead a 15+ person team, oversee sustainable finance product development, ESG risk integration, client engagement on transition planning, and regulatory compliance with MAS and HKMA taxonomies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the APAC bank sustainability strategy across the region.
• Lead sustainable finance product development and ESG risk integration.
• Engage clients on transition planning and ensure regulatory compliance (MAS, HKMA taxonomies).
