Job summary

The Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (Singapore) Ltd. is seeking a Director for Training & Programs to drive impactful training initiatives in sustainable finance. This role requires leadership in developing programs aimed at wealth holders and financial intermediaries, alongside fostering collaborations across the Asia-Pacific.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of sustainable finance and proven experience in program management. They will be responsible for enhancing CSP's reputation as a thought leader and ensuring high-quality training delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in leadership and management experience, particularly in finance or sustainable finance.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable finance, ESG, and impact investing.
• IBF certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of training programs.
• Manage a team of trainers, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
• Align training offerings with market needs and CSP’s strategic objectives.
