A company in Singapore is seeking a senior professional to lead capital markets strategy and execution, focusing on healthcare investments and innovative financing. The ideal candidate will architect ecosystem branding, optimize operational excellence, and streamline investor value management processes. This role requires significant experience in capital operations and a deep understanding of both the financial and healthcare sectors.
Core Responsibilities:
(Capital Markets Strategy & Execution)
Lead full-cycle capital operations: Design financing/investment strategies, enhance IR-PR synergy, drive voluntary disclosures (e.g., medical licenses, industry-academia partnerships), author industry outlooks and operational analyses in annual/semi-annual reports, and strategically signal milestones to support roadshows.
Build investor value management: Orchestrate roadshows, craft differentiated investment theses, and elevate ESG ratings and capital market recognition.
Lead strategic investment or M&As in AI+Healthcare: Oversee target screening, due diligence, and integration of AI+Healthcare industry, utilizing milestone-based valuations and earnout structures to fortify the healthcare BU's technical moat.
Pilot innovative capital instruments: Design Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization pathways and explore structured financing solutions such as concession rights.
(Healthcare Sub-Brand 0-to-1 Ecosystem Construction)
Architect healthcare sub-brand ecosystem: Define core brand values (integrating technical DNA and medical expertise), develop brand narratives, and establish visual identity (VI) systems.
Deploy IP strategy: Build cross-BU IP protection frameworks and spearhead patent/trademark registrations for core medical technologies and brands.
Leverage strategic partnerships: Secure regional healthcare licenses and build ecosystem networks through key institutional collaborations.
Design brand capitalization paths: Develop incubation, M&A, or spin-off models with pre-engineered interfaces for future independent fundraising.
(Operational Excellence Acceleration)
Streamline cash flow strategy: Implement supply chain financing solutions to optimize cash conversion cycles, and deploy multi-currency hedging instruments to mitigate FX volatility risks.
Design BU synergy: Co-create resource allocation frameworks for dual-core BUs (AIoT & Healthcare), and establish shared technology/back-office platforms.
Optimize processes: Collaborate with Legal, HR, and financial business partners to apply ECRS methodology (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) — eliminating redundancies, instituting SOPs, and embedding best practices.
Establish cross-functional governance: Implement Joint Steering Committees (JSC) to clarify roles and build unified cadences for strategic alignment.
