Job summary

AWWA Ltd invites an experienced educational leader to join as a Senior Teacher/Lead; you will steer curriculum vision, instructional quality and holistic student development across the assigned domain/level/track.

You will design and evaluate school-based curricula, mentor teachers, work with families and allied professionals, and drive school initiatives to realise the institution's mission of empowering students to thrive in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Special Education, with strong leadership potential.
• Experience in curriculum planning, assessment design and programme evaluation.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities is an added advantage.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor staff and engage families effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of vision, goals and curriculum priorities for the domain/level/track.
• Plan, implement and evaluate school-based curricula and programmes.
• Customize pedagogy and assessment to enhance learning experiences.
• Monitor instructional programmes, classroom practices and student progress.
• Integrate IEP/ITP goals into lesson planning and collaborate with families.
• Develop professional development roadmaps and lead teacher learning communities.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to Teachers.
• Lead cross-functional teams for school-wide programmes and initiatives.
• Establish and develop partnerships with families, community and partners.
