Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; special education preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years in Head of Department.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide school-based curriculum aligned with the vision.
• Monitor and evaluate instructional programmes using data and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and implement programmes/initiatives.
• Foster partnerships with families, caregivers and allied professionals to support outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to staff to drive performance and development.
• Oversee induction programmes and staff selection processes.
• Plan, execute and evaluate work plans and budgets across departments.
