Job summary

American Club, The leads a premium spa in Singapore seeking an experienced Spa Operations Manager to ensure service excellence and profitable operations.

You will oversee staff, procurement, inventory, pricing, and regulatory compliance, while driving revenue through marketing initiatives and high standards of member experience. This role also requires weekend shifts on a rotating basis and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Spa operations.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in retail, inventory and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, financial reporting, procurement and inventory, retail management, and compliance.
• Lead Spa team: staffing, scheduling, training, and standards.
• Maximize spa revenue through yield management and marketing initiatives.
• Drive Member satisfaction by service excellence and resolving escalated concerns.
• Analyze feedback and market trends to enhance services and maximize productivity.

We are looking for someone who has

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Spa operations, with direct oversight in ME License and Case Trust
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in retail, inventory and pricing
• Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders across all levels
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (5 days work week from Monday to Sunday on rotating shift)

• Oversee daily spa operations, including financial reporting, staff commission tracking, procurement and inventory, retail management, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and manage the Spa team; overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and professional standards to foster a high-performance culture
• Maximize spa revenue and profitability through strategic yield management and targeted marketing initiatives
• Drive Member satisfaction by cultivating a culture of service excellence and ensuring effective resolution of escalated concerns
• Analyze feedback, market trends, and competitor benchmarks to enhance services and programs, while identifying opportunities to maximize productivity and efficiency
