Job summary

WUXI XDC SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is expanding its Singapore site, seeking a senior operations leader to build and guide ongoing and new site functions including administration, EHS, procurement, IT, and warehousing. The role requires coordinating with business, manufacturing, engineering and quality teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive site operation experience in global pharma (15+ years) and at least 5 years of team management.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to meet tight timelines.
• Excellent learning ability and adaptability; proactive and self-motivated.
• Good service awareness and teamwork; respond quickly to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead operation-related teams for the new Singapore site, including administration, EHS, procurement, IT, warehouse, IE and other operation-related departments.
• Support site management and collaborate with business, manufacturing, engineering and quality departments to ensure high-quality, timely project execution.
• Plan and adjust site expenses, analyze expenses and work with finance to improve cost efficiency.
• Provide leadership to drive proactive compliance, safety mindset and service culture.
• Represent the site externally to clients, vendors, partners and local government.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and leading the operation-related teams of the new Singapore site, including site operation related activities likeadministration, EHS,procurement, IT, warehouse, IE and other operation-related departments

• Support overall site management and engagewith business, manufacturing, engineering and qualitydepartments, to make sure all supporting work needed for project execution could be delivered with high quality in a timely manner

• Be responsible for budget planning and adjustment on siteexpense reporting, and analyze expenses to put forward effective measures to reduce costs;Work closely finance BP and related teams to improvecost efficacy

• Provide leadership in driving a proactive compliance, safety mindset and service culture in all these areas.

• Acts as one of the representatives externallyincluding clients, vendors, partners and local government.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 15years of related site operationworking experience in a global pharmaceutical industry and at least 5 years' experienceof team management.

• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, clear logical thinking, and resource integration ability

• Strong leadership and capable of taking tough challenges and meeting tight timelines

• Excellent learning ability and adaptability, able to think proactively and self-motivated

• Good service awareness and team spirit, able to respond to the needs of internal and external customers quickly
