Job summary

WORLDWIDE HOTELS PTE. LTD. seeks a Head of Reservations to lead Corporate and franchised clusters across all properties, delivering service excellence and revenue growth.

You will standardize procedures, optimize workflows, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve forecasting, reporting and guest experience. Reporting to the Revenue Head, the role requires strong hospitality expertise and leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in Hotel Reservations at the hotel property and/or corporate level.
• 3–4 years' supervisory experience as a Team Lead.
• Strong knowledge of hotel distribution systems (PMS, GDS, CRS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages Corporate and franchised cluster Reservations teams across all properties.
• Develops standard operating procedures and service standards for Reservations.
• Monitors forecast vs. actual reservations and analyzes rate variance.
• Oversees Reservations administration, policies, and workflows.
• Manages budget and resource planning for Corporate Reservations.
• Drives continuous process improvement and AI-enabled technology adoption.
