Job summary

Worldwide Hotels (WWH) seeks a Head of Reservations to lead corporate and cluster Reservations teams across all properties, standardise practices and drive revenue through data-driven decisions and AI-enabled solutions.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and continuous process improvements while collaborating with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Hotel Operations to optimise inventory and guest experience.

Qualifications

7–10 years' experience in Hotel Reservations at the hotel property and/or corporate level.
3–4 years' supervisory experience as a Team Lead.
Strong working knowledge of hotel distribution systems (PMS, GDS, CRS) and related reservation technologies.
Experience using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Corporate and franchised cluster Reservations teams across all properties, ensuring consistency and service excellence.
Develop and implement SOPs, service standards and best practices across Reservations teams.
Monitor forecast vs actual data, analyse rate variance, and recommend actions.
Oversee Reservations administration, policies and workflows; manage budget and resource planning.
Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and operations to optimise inventory and guest experience.
Train and develop Reservations onboarding programs and competency frameworks, including AI tools.
