Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee licensing and certification applications from screening to final approval.
Oversee enquiries, complaints and feedback with structured processes.
Review appeals arising from licensing decisions and facilitate resolution.
Oversee policy and regulatory framework updates and guidance.
Lead integrated licensing operating model design and stakeholder access.
Drive AI-enabled automation and workflow redesign with KPI measures.
Develop regulatory analytics for risk, horizon scanning and trends.
Improve stakeholder experience with proactive guidance and self-service tools.
