Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Deputy Director to lead Regulatory Intelligence & Licensing at HSA, driving AI-enabled transformation and integrated regulatory services. You will oversee licensing, enquiries, policy, and system integration to safeguard public health.

You will manage multi-year transformation, build data-driven risk intelligence, and enhance stakeholder experiences while maintaining high regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to evaluate evidence and identify risks.
• Experience in strategic planning, policy development and operational management.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead digital and AI-enabled transformation from a business perspective; coding not required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end licensing and certification applications under the Healthcare Services Act and Health Products Act.
• Oversee enquiries, complaints and feedback processes with accountability and service standards.
• Review and update licensing guidelines to ensure coherence with legislation and policies.
• Lead the integrated licensing operating model and harmonised workflows across products and services.
• Develop data- and AI-enabled regulatory-intelligence capabilities to support risk-based decision making.
