Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a senior leader to drive Reference Data Management across Global Markets, Custody, and Treasury. You will govern client, counterparty, and instrument data, ensure data quality, and lead transformation initiatives.

You will manage a team, partner with risk/compliance, and drive automation to scale operations while maintaining robust controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant field.
• Minimum 12 years in banking/financial services with reference data exposure.
• Proven leadership of operational teams and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Reference Data Management team for quality service.
• Oversee governance and data accuracy across Global Markets, Custody, and Treasury.
• Drive data quality, controls, and remediation in line with risk standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to support objectives and drive transformation programs.
• Lead automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
