Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks a Head of Project Management to lead a major account portfolio, translating client requirements into turnkey principal contracting solutions. You will oversee a network of CBRE contractors and suppliers, manage front-end planning, approvals, and procurement, and drive governance and commercial outcomes across multiple projects in tight 6-8 week windows.

Job Summary

As a CBRE Head of Project Management, this role will lead the a major account portfolio and is accountable for stakeholder management, project delivery, principal contracting operations, commercial performance, governance and leadership of the account project business. The role converts customer requirements into turnkey principal contracting solutions through the management of CBRE contractor and supplier networks. Extensive front-end planning, approvals, procurement and coordination are required to enable multiple projects to be delivered during compressed 6-8 week implementation windows.

• Trusted advisor to executive government stakeholders.
• Lead capital projects through full lifecycle.
• Manage a team of 6 embedded Project Managers
• Support business cases, budgeting and funding approvals.
• Solution customer requirements, de-bundle packages and develop turnkey proposals.
• Own account P&L, forecasting, profitability and resource planning.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years project, construction management or principal contracting experience.
• Strong commercial, procurement and contract management capabilities.
• Experience operating a principal contracting or general contracting business.
• Experience developing turnkey delivery solutions and contractor packaging strategies.
• Executive account management and P&L ownership experience.
• Singapore Government Contract experience highly advantageous.
