Job summary

Institute of Valuers and Appraisers Singapore (IVAS) is seeking a proactive events professional to manage the annual IVAS-IVSC Business Valuation Conference and CPD programmes. You will work within the Professional Capability Development Department (PCDD) to design and deliver well-planned events that support professional development and knowledge exchange.

You will lead end-to-end planning, coordinate venues, speakers, budgets and on-site operations, and develop CPD offerings with industry

Qualifications

• Self-driven with strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience planning large-scale events or professional programmes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets and timelines.
• Able to build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of IVAS’ annual events calendar and flagship conference, managing venues, speakers, budgets, vendors and on-site operations.
• Develop and implement CPD offerings and workshops in collaboration with industry experts.
• Coordinate with IVAS committees, members and practitioners to identify evolving professional development needs.
• Provide secretarial support to relevant councils and committees as required.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
