Job summary

Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) is seeking an organised event professional to lead the IVAS-IVSC Business Valuation Conference and CPD programmes under the IVAS. You will work within the Professional Capability Development Department to develop and deliver well-planned events that connect the Business Valuation community.

You will manage venues, speakers, budgets and schedules, while building partnerships and enhancing member engagement.

Qualifications

• Self-driven with strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience planning and delivering large-scale events or professional programmes with multiple workstreams and budgets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Participant-focused approach to programme delivery with enrolment and engagement strategies.
• Good judgement, attention to detail and adaptability; professional representation of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of IVAS' annual events calendar, including the flagship conference.
• Manage venues, speakers, budgets, vendors, schedules and on-site operations to high professional standards.
• Develop approaches to increase participation and broaden regional representation.
• Translate evolving CPD needs into relevant courses, workshops and webinars with industry experts.
• Strengthen member engagement and oversee partnerships, KPIs and stakeholder performance.
• Provide secretarial support to relevant councils and committees.
