Job summary

BIT seeks a senior product design leader to own end-to-end design vision across BIT products, spanning web and mobile. You will lead and grow the product design team, set design quality standards, and partner with stakeholders to shape direction.

You will own the design roadmap, establish design systems for consistency and scalability, grounded in user research and real needs, in a bilingual English/Mandarin environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with at least 2 years in design leadership.
• Strong portfolio showing leadership on complex, scalable products.
• Experience building or scaling design teams and design systems.
• Deep expertise in Figma and AI-enabled design workflows.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in a design leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership across complex, high-quality products at scale.
• Experience building or scaling a design team and design system from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in Figma and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Background in fintech, crypto, trading or data-heavy products strongly preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, bilingual English and Mandarin environment.

Preferred:

• Experience at a leading exchange, trading platform or large-scale consumer tech product.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction at a senior leadership level.
