Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Head of Pricing Private Wealth to deliver profitable, well-governed pricing and robust actuarial analysis. You will strengthen pricing insight, efficiency and governance across Singapore and Hong Kong, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

You will lead pricing strategy, model development and governance, partnering with product, finance, risk and regional teams to drive scalable, differentiated wealth propositions.

Qualifications

• Extensive pricing and profitability experience for wealth products.
• Strong actuarial modelling and governance experience.
• Ability to translate complex results into actionable recommendations.
• Leadership across regions/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing, financial analysis and risk assessment for new products.
• Partner across functions to design differentiated pricing solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of pricing analyses with approvals.
• Oversee special quotes and bespoke client pricing.
• Lead development and use of pricing models and tools.
• Present insights to senior leadership and cross-regional teams.
• Mentor and grow a multi-location actuarial team.
