Job summary

Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) is seeking a Head of MLOps to lead a team of engineers building secure, scalable end-to-end DevSecOps for enterprise AI. You will oversee the AI platform architecture, inference stack, and governance across HTX, aligning with Home Team objectives and security requirements.

The role combines systems engineering, applied ML, and executive collaboration to deliver secure, scalable workflows and officer-facing AI capabilities across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI platform architecture and delivery.
• Proven ability to scale enterprise AI platforms and govern workflows.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the reference architecture for an enterprise AI platform.
• Lead the inference stack roadmap and production operations.
• Engage with senior leadership to build business cases and secure funding.
• Grow and mentor the engineering team across inference, platform, and workflows.
• Oversee security, audit trails, and governance of the AI platform.
