Job summary

HTX, Singapore's Science and Technology agency, seeks a Head of MLOps to design, build, and operate a secure enterprise AI platform spanning LLM inference and agentic workflows. You will lead a hands‑on engineering team at the intersection of systems engineering, applied ML, and governance.

You will shape platform strategy, secure funding, and mentor engineers while enabling officers across Home Team departments to build and automate workflows with governed, versioned pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting enterprise AI platforms.
• Hands-on leadership of ML/AI teams.
• Experience with LLM inference stacks and enterprise deployments.
• Ability to secure funding and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve reference architecture for enterprise AI platform.
• Lead end-to-end development of HTX's AI platform and governance processes.
• Oversee LLM inference stack roadmap and production operations on GPU clusters.
• Engage senior leadership to secure funding and align AI strategy.
• Mentor engineers across inference, platform, and workflow areas.
