Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from an established university.
• Postgraduate diploma/degree in Teaching.
• Minimum of 8 years of teaching experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the IB curriculum and prior educational leadership roles of at least 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop faculty teachers with regular performance reviews.
• Design and review Year 1–4 Mathematics curriculum and assessments for IB progression.
• Observe classrooms and provide growth-oriented feedback to raise student outcomes.
• Coordinate department meetings and ensure policy alignment across school.
• Manage department budgeting, resources, and collaboration with other departments.
