Job summary

You will design assessments, monitor progress, and provide feedback to support student achievement. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and can communicate effectively with students, including those learning English as a second language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics required.
• Ability to teach Grades 7–12 mathematics.
• Effective communication to support English as a second language learners.
• Ability to develop and implement mathematics lessons according to curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mathematics lessons to middle and high school students (Grades 7–12) per curriculum objectives.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, textbooks, and resources.
• Design, administer, and evaluate examinations and performance-based assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback for academic improvement.
• Adapt teaching methods for students who use English as a foreign language.
• Participate in curriculum development and school activities.
