• Provide strategic leadership for the Mandarin Immersion Pathway and align with ICP and bilingual programmes.
• Lead curriculum design, staff development, and pedagogical advancement to strengthen bilingual education at Broadrick.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and professional development within the Mandarin Department.
• Represent the Mandarin Pathway at group-level meetings and engage with parents and the community.
