Job summary

ETONHOUSE PRE-SCHOOL PTE LTD invites a Mandarin Language Teacher to nurture young learners in an inquiry-based environment at our Singapore campus. You will plan circle times, guide small groups, and document progress for newsletters and portfolios.

You will foster a love for Mandarin, build strong partnerships with parents, and work with a collaborative team to deliver a warm, bilingual learning journey.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education in Teaching (Chinese language) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in pre-school or childcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Required to speak, read and write Mandarin.
• L2 Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging circle time experiences and small group experiences within an inquiry, play-based context.
• Document children’s learning through contributions towards newsletters, class panels and children’s portfolios.
• Create meaningful language opportunities for children where a love for Mandarin can be promoted;
• Build and maintain close partnership with parents.
