Job summary

Travel Star Pte Ltd is seeking a commercially-driven operator to own our revenue-generating storefronts and live channels. You will plan and execute high-converting live streams across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, and YouTube Shopping, while coordinating backend store operations and affiliate traffic to ensure profitable transactions.

You will oversee end-to-end production, host or manage guest hosts, and craft campaigns to maximize GMV.

Qualifications

2–4 years in E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Marketplace Operations.
Hands-on experience with at least two platforms from the listed tools.
Proven track record of managing live streams that generated GMV.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Production: plan, script, and execute daily/weekly live calendars across platforms.
Hosting & Talent Management: host or manage a roster, drive urgency, moderate chat.
Campaign Strategy & Real‑time Optimization: tailor campaigns and adjust on‑the-fly.
Store & Transaction Oversight: manage listings, pricing, inventory, orders, and refunds.
Affiliate & Traffic Sourcing: recruit/scale affiliates; optimize ROAS with paid ads.
