NETS, through its subsidiary BCS, leads cybersecurity governance and assurance for Singapore’s payment infrastructure. The Security Governance and Assurance unit drives risk assessments, audits, and compliance monitoring to safeguard FAST, IBG, CTS, PayNow, SGQR, and related services.

The SGA lead reports to the BCS CISO, directing a team of GRC specialists and coordinating cross‑functional efforts to enforce policy, controls, and regulatory requirements across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years in IT governance, risk, or compliance management.
• Experience in financial services or payment systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and update cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and processes to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, and retain security governance, risk and compliance specialists.
• Identify automation and process improvements to optimize security monitoring and risk management.
• Assist the CISO with budgeting, procurement and resource allocation as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments to monitor compliance with policies and controls, and recommend remediations.
• Oversee security technologies, controls, and audits across BCS systems and IT infrastructure.
• Develop IT security metrics and KRIs for risk committees and external forums.
